Locum Fostering Team Manager - therapeutic IFA

NonStop Care is looking for a locum Team Manager who can join a well established Independent Fostering Agency with a Good Ofsted rating, in the West Midlands area. They are therapeutic also.

This is an ongoing contract role, offering you stability.

Responsibilities:

The Fostering Team manager will oversee a team of about 8 people - 4 Supervising Social Workers, a therapist, a few administration workers.

The service covers the north part of West Midlands, Staffordshire and Nottingham.

The Manager will be based at their office in Tamworth and will have the flexibility to work from home 2 days per week and the rest in the office.

Requirements:
Please apply if you are a Team Manager and if you have experience in working within a fostering setting. You must have a Social Work qualification, be registered with Social Work England and have a driving license.
