Locum Practice Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Locum Practice Nurse to join our friendly and professional client's team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled nurse looking for 2 days a week�while providing high-quality patient care in a primary care setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  

  Providing general nursing services, including immunisations, wound care, and cervical screening.

  
  


• 
  

  Supporting patients with chronic disease management, such as diabetes, asthma, and hypertension.

  
  


• 
  

  Conducting health screenings and NHS health checks.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintaining accurate patient records and working in accordance with practice policies and procedures.

  
  

Requirements:

• 
  

  Registered Nurse (RGN) with valid NMC registration.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience working in a general practice or primary care setting.

  
  


• 
  

  Proficiency in chronic disease management and treatment room duties.

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Profiency in SystmOne

  
  


• 
  

  Up-to-date training in immunisations, cytology, and basic life support (preferred).
