Locum Social Worker -Orkney

Social Worker - Orkney - Adults/Learning Disabilities - Full time opportunity available on a temporary contract basis.

The Social Care Community Partnership are currently recruiting for a Social Worker for Adult Servives/ Learning Disabilities in Orkney

Salary: �25 - �30 ph PAYE and accrued Holidays and Pension

Duration - from asap for 3 months then it will be reviewed

Accommodation costs will be provided for by the council and council tax will also be paid by the council if you have a permanent residence elsewhere

Travel costs for the Ferry to and from Orkney will also be paid by the council.

The working week is generally 9am -5pm.

Qualifications and experience:

• You must have a Social Work Degree and have had post qualified experience of wotking in statutory settings
• Being a driver is essential as you willl need to travel on the Island as well
• You must have experience working in a statutory service with Adults
