Location: Winchfield, Hook

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00 (1-hour lunch break)

My client is a specialist company in crane hire, transport, and recovery services, as well as other industrial services. My client supplies efficient and reliable solutions across multiple sectors. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Assistant to join my client in Winchfield, Hook. You will assist in managing logistics operations and supporting drivers with daily challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  Communicating with customers via email and telephone, providing excellent service and support.

  Collaborating with the team to upload and manage jobs.

  Gaining a deep understanding of industry practices and logistics processes.

  Learning about vehicle and trailer maintenance requirements.

  Assisting drivers with any operational challenges that arise during the day.
