Logistics Co-Ordinator - Freight Forwarding

Location: Paddock Wood, Kent

Salary: �25,000 - �27,000

Monday to Friday (09:00 - 17:00) - 2 days hybrid working per week after successful probation

From You:

• Proven experience in logistics or supply chain management.
• Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines.
• A positive attitude and a true team player mentality.

Job Role:

• Manage day-to-day logistics operations for product shipments and deliveries globally (Air, Sea, Road, Imports, Exports, and Domestic).
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of shipments, deliveries, and any logistical movements.
• Proactively resolve any logistical issues or delays that arise during the process.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth operations.
• Ensure all dispatches within and outside the EU follow correct company procedures and shipping terms.
