Are you ready to make a real impact in the world of logistics? We're looking for a Logistics Optimisation Data Operative to join our Supply Chain Optimisation Team.
In this role, you'll transform raw data into actionable insights using Tableau and other IT systems. You'll create and maintain dashboards, analyze trends, and identify opportunities to improve processes and performance. By combining data from diverse sources, you'll play a key part in enhancing the quality and reliability of our logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and maintain Tableau dashboards using established data sources.
Conduct statistical analysis and identify trends within the supply chain.
Combine and organize raw data from various sources for easy analysis.
Explore and recommend ways to improve data quality and reliability.
Participate in Skype meetings, share actions, and follow up to completion.
Identify opportunities to optimize processes and improve logistics performance.
Essential Skills and Experience:
Proficiency in Tableau, with experience creating dashboards from data sources.
Strong Excel skills (intermediate level, with a willingness to advance).
Good understanding of IT systems and principles.
Analytical mindset with the ability to resolve non-routine issues.
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
Customer-focused with a 'can-do' attitude and problem-solving mindset.
Experience in Supply Chain/Logistics or Manufacturing environments.The role will be Hybrid working based at Samlesbury in Lancashire 2-3 days a week
