Duties & Responsibilities:
Oversee the logistics process from suppliers to the warehouse and retail store. Ensure smooth communication and collaboration with suppliers and vendors for timely and cost-efficient deliveries. Coordinate with both the Operations Manager and Warehouse Manager to align logistics with business operations. Plan and optimize delivery schedules and routes to ensure timely stock replenishment. Work with the Warehouse Manager to ensure goods are efficiently sent to the shop. Ensure safe and punctual deliveries to customers. Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager to ensure efficient product handling, packaging, and dispatching. Ensure that logistical operations support retail store demands. Provide regular updates to the Operations Manager on delivery timelines, costs, and any potential disruptions in the supply chain. Ensure that deliveries meet customer expectations and enhance the overall customer experience. Working Hours:37.5 hours/ Week
