Working with a fantastic Logistics comapny, a new role has been created to lead and� assist in their negotiations department. Managing a team of call agents who contact and negotiate best prices with their network, with the aim of cost-reduction and proactive company-wide savings.�
You will be tenacious, motivated and analytical who thrives in a busy, fast-paced, high volume environment.�
With expereince in pay/salary negotiations and communicating�cross-functionally at all levels, you will lead your teams by example along with producing and executing future planning, forecasting and continuous improvements.�
You will aid in the implementation of recruitment drives, strengthening of pipelines and cost management.�
It would be a distinct advantage to have some logistics knowledge, have dealings with self-employed and sub-contracting individuals, understand compensation/benefit situations and also analyse and interpret market data.�
Salary circa �45k plus benefits and add-ons.�
