Logistics Supervisor | £28,000 - £35,000 per annum | Weymouth

As the successful candidate for this Logistics Supervisor vacancy, you'll be working as a permanent member of the team within the UK's leading roofing and construction manufacturers supplying quality products to building merchants.
Benefits:
Guaranteed full time hours - 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
Basic salary of £28,000 topped up to £35,000 with monthly commission and yearly bonuses

The Logistics Supervisor responsibilities will include (although are not limited to):
Supervision of the Logistics and Warehouse departments including monitoring productivity
Organisation of the warehouse and delegating duties including stock takes
Maintain health and safety of the warehouse and equipment used at all times
Using computer systems to maintain records, such as order processing and invoicing
Ensure transport requirements and procedures are adhered to
To be the successful candidate for the Logistics Supervisor vacancy, you'll have:
Experience in a warehouse environment or in purchasing
Good computer skills including using Microsoft Word and Excel
Problem solving skills and drive to lead a team
Good organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines
