Location: Midlands
Rate: £38 per hour (Social Worker) | £40 per hour (Social Worker Lead)
Accommodation Support: Up to £150 per week

  • \nRespond to Urgent Needs - While remote work is part of the role, on-site visits will be required when urgent care is needed.

\nWhat You Need:\n

  • \nSpecialist Experience - A strong background in hospital discharge or intermediate care, allowing you to make informed decisions that improve lives.

  • \nExpertise in Mental Capacity & Safeguarding - Confidence in conducting assessments and handling safeguarding concerns effectively.
  • \n
  • \nSocial Work England Registration & ASYE Completion - A qualified professional with proven experience in statutory social work.

  • \nLegislative Knowledge & Best Practices - A strong understanding of key frameworks, policies, and approaches that drive effective adult social care.
  • \n
  • \nDriving Licence & Access to a Car - While exceptions apply under the Equality Act, being mobile allows for greater flexibility in responding to cases.
