• Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners.

• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to support improvement. 
• Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the school’s success. 

Long Term Cover Teacher Job Requirements: 

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). 
• Be confident and proactive in your teaching approach. 
• Possess strong behaviour management skills. 
• Be flexible and willing to teach across various subjects. 
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
