Key Responsibilities:

• Providing support to classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities across various subjects and year groups.
• Assisting with classroom management and behaviour management strategies to maintain a positive learning environment.
• Working with small groups or individual students to provide targeted support and intervention, including those with special educational needs or disabilities (SEND).
• Supporting the inclusion and participation of all students in classroom activities and school events.
• Collaborating with teachers and other staff members to ensure the smooth running of daily routines and activities.
• Adapting to different teaching environments and following lesson plans provided by classroom teachers.Maintaining records of student progress, behaviour, and any other relevant information as required.

Requirements:

• Possession of a PGCE/QTS and eligibility to work in the UK.
• Ideally able to drive due to varying locations.
• Great experience as a Primary School Teacher.
