  • Children In Need, Child Protection, Referral and Assessment and Section 7/47s experience and knowledge

NonStop's client, a Local Authority in South London, is looking for Team Manager who can join their Children's Safeguarding Team on a permanent basis, provide the operational management and leadership support across the service. They are offering a support package to enable Assistant Team Managers or Senior Practitioners to step into management.

You will work in a small cluster team containing just five Social Workers/Seniors and you will have dedicated time set aside for quality reflective supervision with your team.

It will give you the chance to widen your skills and enhance your professional profile. You will be working in a convenient location with good transport links making your journey to work simple. You will be working in a smaller team with a great supportive environment.

You will be a qualified and registered social worker, with a proven track record of successfully managing a team or you may be looking for your first move into management.
