We are currently recruiting for a Lounge Host to join our team based at Belfast International Airport- Causeway Lounge, Antrim. Ensuring that areas of work and tables are kept to a high standard of cleanliness throughout the day. Maintaining stocks and supplies, completing production, wastage, temperature and cleaning records, reporting discrepancies to your line manager. Complying with all company and legal procedures relating to food safety, hygiene, health and safety and personal requirements. Checking in guests to the lounge and operating helpdesk and booking system The Person: Excellent customer service skills. Previous experience working in a hospitality role. The ability to prioritise and have an eye for detail. Good communication skills - written and verbal. The ability to demonstrate great team work skills. The ability to follow instruction. Flexible with a positive, can-do attitude. Must be aged 18 or over. Basic statutory training for the role will require all candidates to have basic reading, writing, speaking and listening skills to assist in understanding safety and work instructions and communicating with customers on a day-to-day basis.
