Your Role

As an LSA, you'll be at the heart of a dynamic team of Therapists, Nurses, and Support Workers, all dedicated to unlocking the potential of these amazing students. Here's what you'll be doing:

Student-Centred Care: Championing the growth and development of each student.
Creating Safe Learning Spaces: Inspiring and enabling students to shine.
Personalised Learning Support: Facilitating both 1:1 and group learning tailored to individual needs.
Assisting Tutors: Enhancing lesson delivery and tracking student achievements.
Organising Activities: Planning thrilling outings and day trips.
Administration: Ensuring smooth operations with efficient admin work.

About You

Committed to Excellence: You strive to achieve the best outcomes for the students you support.
Creative and Adaptable: You bring fresh ideas and flexible approaches to the table.

Strong Communicators: Your verbal and written skills are top-notch.
Qualified: You hold or are eager to work towards a Level 3 Diploma in Specialist Support for Teaching and Learning in Schools (they provide funding!).
Experienced: You have a background in classroom environments and tracking student progress.
Knowledgeable: Familiarity with Autism, Epilepsy, and PMLD is a plus (but not a dealbreaker!).
