What's involved?

As Luggage Porter / Door Person you will play a crucial role in creating an exceptional first impression for the guests and be responsible for greeting visitors, assisting with luggage, whilst ensuring a smooth arrival and departure experience plus assisting with parking services, managing the flow of taxis whilst providing knowledge of the local area and attractions.

Key requirements:

• Previous experience of a 4 or 5star Hotel environment
• Full clean UK driving license, held for at least 5 years
• You must be over the age of 25 due to the hotels motor insurance policy
• Be a team player
• Excellent command of English
• Have the right to work in the UK
