Lunchtime Supervisor
Location: Lincoln
Contract Type: Hourly bookings, Temporary (Term-Time Only)
Hourly rates : �12 to �16 per hour
Aspire People are currently looking for a reliable Lunchtime Supervisor to join a fantastic school in Lincoln. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting children in a positive and safe environment during school lunchtime.
Key Responsibilities:
*Supervise children during lunchtime, ensuring their safety and well-being
*Assist with managing playground activities and promoting positive behavior
*Help children with meal choices and ensure a calm, enjoyable mealtime
*Be an approachable point of contact for children, staff, and parents
*Follow school policies and procedures, ensuring a positive lunchtime experience for all students
The Ideal Candidate:
*Previous experience working with children (school setting or similar)
*A proactive and enthusiastic approach to supporting students
*Good communication and interpersonal skills
*Able to work effectively as part of a team and independently
*A caring and supportive attitude towards students
*Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply)
