M&A Manager – Private equity-backed Media business.Location: London, HybridRef: LF2406A rapidly expanding private equity-backed Media business is actively seeking a M&A Manager to join their M&A team.Responsibilities:This will be a full cycle position, including origination, overseeing the due diligence process, deal structuring, negotiation, execution, and integration planning.Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, legal advisors, financial institutions, and external consultants, and ensure deadlines and KPIs are met.Contribute to the origination efforts of the team by analysing competitive landscapes, and targets to identify strategic opportunities for business growth.Oversee financial modeling and valuation exercises to assess the feasibility and potential impact of M&A transactions on the company's financial performance.Lead the strategic planning and coordination of post-merger integration activities, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive integration plans.Requirements:ACA/ACCA/CA qualifiedCurrently in a Transaction Services team doing FDD within a reputable accounting firm.Excellent modelling and valuation capabilitiesExceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
