This is an exceptional opportunity to advance your career in a start-up-like environment while working on Technology Due Diligence engagements.What you'll be doing as a Senior Consultant:Engaging in Technology Due Diligence: Providing expertise and support on tech financials, including assessing IT Opex/Capex, synergy assessments, IT Carve-out costing, benchmarking, and cost estimations.Supporting Leadership: Assisting in building proposals and sales pitches, contributing to practice development, and mentoring team members.Collaborating with European Teams: Working across various industries and helping execute the firm's M&A strategy.Driving Business Initiatives: Leveraging your skills to support high-impact M&A projects and growth strategies for top-tier clients, including leading Private Equity firms, family offices, corporates, and strategic investors.Experience you should have as a TDD M&A Manager:Relevant Work Experience: 6-10 years in a senior role within the industry or a tech company with a large, complex technology landscape.Hands-on Technology Due Diligence: Proven experience in executing technology due diligence.Financial Acumen: Demonstrable ease with IT Opex/Capex, synergy assessment, IT Carve-out costing, benchmarking, and cost estimations.Business Acumen and Resourcefulness: Ability to navigate and get things done in ambiguous, high-pressure environments.Team Collaboration: Strong team player capable of mentoring juniors and thriving in a collaborative culture.High-Quality Deliverables: Experience in delivering high-quality reports and presentations.The Package:£85,000 - £95,000Up to 60% company bonusPensionMedical careGet in touch with Connor Smyth at Anson McCade to hear more about the TDD Manager opportunity!
