As part of a strategic growth plan they are now looking to recruit an experienced Tax Lawyer with strong M&A experience to join them as a Tax Insurance Underwriter. /p br Hit Apply below to send your application for consideration Ensure that your CV is up to date, and that you have read the job specs first. br p strong Responsibilities: /strong /p ul li Handling the entire underwriting process, with specific focus on UK and Continental Europe starting with confidentiality agreements, preparing non-binding indications, drafting policies, negotiating contract terms and preparing underwriting requests. /li li Issue of policy documents /li li Establishment and development of international broker and customer relationships /li li Building relationships with law firms in different jurisdictions /li /ul p strong Requirements: /strong /p ul li Ideally, a degree in law / commercial law / business administration or in another relevant M&A environment, e.g. Corporate finance in the Big 4 or Banking /li li Due to the jurisdictional focus of the role, you will have a UK qualification /li li Your strengths include strong customer orientation, decision-making power and a high degree of persuasiveness, as well as high motivation and resilience /li li You have already been able to demonstrate your strong team skills, your high sense of responsibility and your adaptability when dealing with a wide range of technical issues /li /ul p This is an exciting opportunity to join a smaller team environment who enjoy a strong brand reputation in the market. /p p strong No previous insurance experience is required. /strong /p
