M&E Construction Manager

M&E Construction Manager Opportunity - Flagship Commercial Development - Central London

MK Search are excited to be working closely with a tier 1 MEP Contractor with a turnover of c. �400m who are looking to engage with an experienced M&E Construction Manager for a flagship �150m commercial project in Central London. The project is going to site and will be entering delivery phases in March.

General Responsibilities:

• Support the Project�Managers in supervising on-site personnel on a fast paced construction�site.


• Lead by example, enforcing safety and high-quality standards.


• Ensure all employees are trained and qualified for their roles.


• Manage on-site labour resources for efficient operations.


• Maintain discipline on-site, addressing incidents and implementing health and safety�as necessary.


• Use the purchasing processes to acquire cost-effective materials.


• Minimize costs and assist with system handovers to the main contractor/client.

This is an opportunity to get a foot in the door with a growing and well establiehed contractor who have recently won a variety of projects in the UK and abroad.
