M&E Contracts Manager- LOFTUS ENGINEERING SERVICES LTD

Opportunity for an M&E Contract Manager to join Loftus Engineering Services Ltd. This is a rare opportunity to take a role where the relationship between the service provider and the client 

In this role you will take responsibility for the contract management of the staff, operations, and maintenance of all mechanical, electrical, and building fabric reactive and PPM services. You will have good inter-personal skills, allowing you to interact daily with clients and customers. The on-site team consists of Supervisors, Contract Support team  of Engineers. This includes Electricians, Gas Engineers, Plumbers, A/C Engineers, Building Fabric Engineers, and Compliance Engineers.

Ideally, you'll have a trade background, and have previous experience managing hard FM contracts in the commercial sector. With a strong background in people management of both directly employed and sub-contracted engineers, as well as health and safety and compliance management.

The main office is based in Aylesbury, with sites across London.
