M&E Engineering Team Lead (Commercial Decarbonisation Projects)

Salary: Circa �80,000 p.a. dependent on experience
Location: The position can be based from offices in London, Leeds, Cardiff or Newcastle, with the opportunity for flexible and hybrid work models. Travel will be required on a regular basis to other operating locations as specified by the Company.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Role:
The M&E Engineering Team Lead will involve supporting the Business Development, Commercial, and Operations teams by providing technical and commercial expertise for project implementation, bid generation, and opportunity scoping. Key responsibilities include working on projects from conception to completion, performing design calculations, writing design reports, creating schematics, and maintaining customer communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Additionally, the postholder will manage the commercial engineering team, which handles a variety of projects including schools and hospitals. This requires close collaboration with the Head of Commercial Projects to align resources and track all activities. The role also involves training and mentoring new and junior engineers within the business
