Exciting opportunity to work for an established Building Services Company situated in Fulham. My client is looking for a Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer to be based in a Commercial Building in Fulham. The successful candidate will be Multi-skilled with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. In return the company are offering a competitive salary of �45,000, overtime and the chance to work at this flagship site for a leading FM Service Provider.
The successful candidate will be a fully qualified Electrical OR Mechanical Maintenance Engineer with C&G / NVQ level 2 & 3 and a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. You�will be required to carry out M&E Planned and Reactive Maintenance on a single person site responsible for all the landlord services. Working as the only engineer on site, you will be required have an understanding/hands on experience of the below. Duties:

• Carrying out daily PPM and Reactive Maintenance tasks
• Carrying out daily emergency callout tasks
• All Electrical work including lighting, wiring, testing, alarm systems, BMS and lighting systems.
• Will be required to carry duties on toilets, drainage, tiling and sinks.
• Engineers must be able to demonstrate appropriate knowledge of AHU, FCU, UPS, Generators, LV systems, which will include the ability to fault find.
• Lamp changes
• Ballast changes
• Emergency light testing�

Requirements:

• City and Guilds Level 3 Electrical Installations OR City and Guilds Mechanical Qualifications
• Commercial Building Maintenance Experience
