Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced M&E Package Manager to oversee and manage the mechanical and electrical package for a large-scale, mixed-use scheme in Tooting, with new and existing/refurbished flats and non-residential units. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and effective communication with stakeholders, ensuring the package is delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Duties:

• Lead weekly progress meetings.


• Daily site walks with the M&E floor managers and construction managers.


• Witnessing, commissioning, testing and signing off QA sheets with the commissioning team and appointed commissioning consultancy company.


• M&E Health & Safety Audits and snap Audits across the project to ensure compliance with design, erection, and verification of M&E installations.


• Monthly walks with commercial manager


• Oversee and drive M&E project packages while ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.


• Manage a skilled team of engineers and subcontractors, fostering high performance and quality standards.


• Serve as the key liaison for clients, maintaining strong communication and relationship management.


• Utilise excellent IT skills to effectively manage project documentation, reporting, and communication.

Skills�& Experience:

• Extensive experience in leading M&E packages on significant projects.


• Strong foundation in either electrical or mechanical engineering disciplines.


• Demonstrated ability to interact with clients and manage diverse teams.


• Proficient in IT, including project management software and reporting tools.


• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.


• Strong leadership capabilities to motivate teams and drive project success.


• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with various stakeholders.


• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering innovative solutions under pressure.

Job Type: Temporary

Pay: �250.00-�270.00 per day

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Experience: M&E Package Management: Minimum 2 years (required)
