M&E Project Engineer

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Mechanical or Electrical Project Engineer to join a leading contractor working across water frameworks across Wales.Role Overview: As Project Engineer, you will be responsible for site construction, coordination delivery of the construction phase, oversee the associated subcontractors, and review designs where required.Responsibilities: Assist the Project Manager in leading site teams and sub-contractors, to maintain the highest possible standard of safety performance at all times, and ensure safety is the number one priority of all members of the teamOverseeing and manage mechanical and or electrical installation, including direct labour and sub-contractorsWorking and contributing to client programmesAttend progress meetings with client and internal project managementProcurement of materials and identification of sub-contract order requirements within project budgetsReview and manage detailed designs and engineeringQualifications and Experience:Qualified Electrician / Mechanical EngineerRelevant CSCS cardSMSTS (desirable)SSSTS (desirable)EUSR Water Hygiene (desirable)Above Ground Waste Water Treatment ExperienceExcellent written communication and IT skillsBenefits include:Car or car allowance25 days annual leave rising with service, plus bank holidaysPension 6.5% employer contributionPrivate health careMany more that can be provided on full job description
