We are currently looking for an MEP Lead for a Teir 1 client in Scotland.
The role will involve working away from home 2-4days per week depending on location.
All meals paid plus 20% uplift on an already attractive package of £80-£95K plus bonus.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the MEP aspects of Commerical projects from inception to completion.
* Coordinate with design, construction, and MEP subcontractors to ensure efficient project delivery.
* Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality control, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
* Lead site teams, ensuring health & safety protocols are met.
* Liaise with stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and contractors, to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Construction Manager with MEP expertise.
* Strong background in residential apartment developments.
* Ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate MEP installations effectively.
* Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Relevant construction qualifications (HNC/HND/Degree) preferred
