M&E Project Manager
Job Overview:
We are seeking a Mechanical or Electrical biased M&E Project Manager to oversee multiple secured projects ranging up to �7.5m+. This role reports directly to the M&E Construction Director.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full lifecycle of contracts from initial enquiry through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Coordinate tendering, estimating, design, and project management processes.
- Prepare and monitor client and design changes.
- Manage project managers and supervisors.
- Track project costs and prepare valuations and final accounts.
- Attend scheme design team meetings as required.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in MS Office/Microsoft Package.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project�management.
- Certificate of Higher Education.
- SMSTS/IOSH certification.
- Mechanical, Plumbing, Heating, or Electrical qualification.
Experience:
- Essential experience in project management: 5 years.
