M&E Project Manager

We are proudly supporting one of the largest providers of Facilities Management for the UK military. Based at RAF Cranwell, we are looking for a Midlands based M&E Project Manager to enable the delivery of all billable works (mainly heating) across 8 sites in Lincolnshire, Notts and Leicestershire.

Working as part of a joint venture with one of the UKs best performing facilities and maintenance companies, you will join a business committed to service excellence, with reactive repairs and major projects delivered safely on time and in line with the MoD's Net Zero carbon reduction targets.

We are seeking an experienced, security cleared M&E Project Manager with a full UK drivers' licence to plan, coordinate, and manage M&E projects from inception to completion. You will develop project scopes, oversee the installation, maintenance and repair of M&E systems and manage both contractors and supply partners.

As the successful applicant you will have a good understanding of Asbestos Awareness, Legionella Control and you will hold a HNC or equivalent qualification in Electrical /mechanical engineering alongside IOSH.
