Degree level or equivalent BSc Quantity Surveying preferred.
I am currently looking for an experienced, strong and technically proficient M&E Quantity Surveyor to join my client in the Middlesbrough area. They have a number of exciting projects going on and are really looking to build their team.
I am looking for an experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor who can bring innovation and experience to the role. You should be organised and methodical, and have the ability to work alongside individuals at different levels and across different disciplines. You will be working on a variety of different projects, such experience in commercial, retail, heritage and/or education construction is vital. You will also be leading multiple projects, so experience as a commercial lead is essential.
Reporting into the Managing QS, this permanent position is well suited to an individual who is looking to work on exciting and complex projects, managing projects from conception to completion.
Requirements:

- At least 2-5+ years experience working within a Quantity Surveyor position in the UK.

- An excellent approach to work and professional outlook on the construction industry

- Very strong M&E Quantity Surveying experience.

- IT literate.

- Strong communication skills.

- Solid commercial knowledge.

- You should be organised and methodical, and have the ability to work alongside individuals at different levels and across different disciplines.

- You will also be leading multiple projects, so experience as a commercial lead is essential.

- Degree level or equivalent BSc Quantity Surveying preferred.
