M&E Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced�M&E Quantity Surveyor to join our team.

The ideal M&E Quantity Surveyor will have strong expertise in Commercial Office Fit-Out, Infrastructure, and Refurbishment projects.

A minimum of 3+ years of experience as an M&E Quantity Surveyor and a relevant qualification such as ONC, HNC, BSc, or equivalent in Quantity Surveying�is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial management of electrical contracts, ensuring accurate cost control and tracking.


• Preparation and management of monthly cost reports.


• Analysis of project budgets and estimating necessary changes to align with project requirements.


• Conducting valuations and submitting applications for payment to clients.


• Producing monthly valuations for ongoing projects.


• Preparing and presenting variation quotations for projects.


• Attending and contributing to client and site meetings.
