Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for an M&E Shift Engineer to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.
We are looking for an�M&E Shift Engineer�who wants to work in a diverse role�where no two days are the same.
As the�M&E Shift Engineer,�you will�provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.
The�M&E Shift Engineer,�will be responsible for:
- Undertaking�routine PPM tasks.
- Planned maintenance in line with scheduled dates along with reactive repairs required.
- Developing operational strategies and implementation processes to ensure compliance and success of critical services.
- Covering M&E, general maintenance, and soft services.
- Working to high levels of health and safety and statutory requirements
- Ensuring�all documentation is completed correctly for all tasks.
- You may also be called upon to assist with general building maintenance activities.
- You will be able to work closely with supporting mobile engineers.
To be successful for this M&E Shift Engineer�role you must have:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role in a commercial environment
- Ideally have completed an electrical apprenticeship and/or hold City & Guilds qualifications in Electrical Engineering
- Full UK driving licence
- Sound technical knowledge with understanding of all M+E Equipment in modern critical environments including DC electrical systems
- Experience in Critical environments is desirable
