Mechanical & Electrical Site Manager

Established Design Build Social Housing/High Rise Commercial and Hospitality Contractor require an experienced Mechanical & Electrical Site Manager to oversee 1st and second fix Mechanical & Electrical Installation work on projects based in Central London with values of between 10 and 40 million.

The Mechanical & Electrical Site Manager will be a strong leader with strong�Health & Safety awareness, CDM Regulations 2015 expertise, and experience working on high rise projects. You will be responsible for managing site teams, subcontractors, and ensuring all work is completed to high safety and quality standards.

Mechanical & Electricial Site Manager Responsibilities:

  Oversee the�installation, testing, and commissioning�of all M&E works including solar.

  
  


• 
  

  Manage�site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure compliance with�CDM Regulations 2015, the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974, and other relevant legislation.

  
  


• 
  

  Conduct�risk assessments, method statements, and enforce safe working practices.

  
  


• 
  

  Work closely with�clients, contractors, and internal teams�to maintain high-quality project delivery.

  
  


• 
  

  Provide leadership and direction to the workforce and subcontractors on-site.

  
  


• 
  

  Report on project progress, risks, and ensure issues are resolved effectively.

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure all works meet the required�MOD standards�and site security requirements.

  
  

Mechanical & Electrical Site Manager Requirements:

• SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification�is essential.


• 
  

  Strong working knowledge of�CDM Regulations 2015�and�Health and Safety at Work Act 1974.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience in�M&E installation including solar PV systems

  
  


• 
  

  Proven ability to manage subcontractors and deliver projects successfully.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

This is a rolling Contract position paying �(Apply online only) per day either through a Ltd Company or CIS. Weekend work will be available.
