M&E Supervisor

Our client requires an M&E Supervisors to join their growing Energy Services team. The Energy Services team operate 25 Heat Networks and Energy Centres across London. The work is a mixture of planned maintenance, reactive works, system optimisation, and remedial work.

This role is a working role that mixes hands-on duties and management. Additional training can be provided to ensure you can reach your full potential as a supervisor.

The M&E supervisor role includes but is not limited to the following:

• Manage the service delivery and work with junior and apprentice engineers to upskill on the on the service delivery
• Diagnosis and repair of systems malfunctions requiring specific technical knowledge as well as an understanding of time and material requirements
• Produce quotations for additional works and repairs as required
• Manage subcontractors and the company's other technical resources
• Work to ensure routine services, maintenance and repairs are carried out in-line with SLA's
• Ensure that PPM's are carried out in line with the PPM planners
• Hold regular site walk-arounds with Client Site Supervisors
• Be able you use and understand a CAFM system
• Assist with technical issues on site, providing technical support
• Produce quality reports and quotations in line with time frames set out in our service agreements with clients
• Site asset management and verification for new and existing sites

• Time served mechanical / electrical apprenticeship
• Time served as Senior/Supervisor
• City & Guilds or equivalent Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
• NHC HND (desirable)
• Minimum six years' experience in the field

• �45,000 - �55,000 per annum, based upon experience
• 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.
• All travel expenses covered
• 23 days plus bank rising with service
• Company van optional personal use available.
• 1-8 call out rota - looking to grow to 1-10
