Key Responsibilities:




  • Oversee engineers and maintain high standards of engineering practices.

  • Manage client and building user expectations effectively.

  • Ensure adequate resources are available to meet project demands.

  • Plan and execute reactive maintenance for all equipment, plant, service, and systems.

  • Deliver toolbox talks and enforce health and safety regulations.





Skills and Experience Required:




  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within the mechanical and electrical sector.

  • In-depth knowledge of British standards and compliance requirements.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent communication and client management abilities.

  • 18th Edition certification is mandatory.
