M+E Supervisor Required

I am working with a large and repuatble client within the Facilities Management sector who have project and contract across of of the UK and Ireland. This opportunity will see you working in�part of a successful and forward thinking business that can offer progression and development as well as many different avenue's that would suit your personal progression route including multiple sectors and environments.�

Multi-skilled Sueprvisor role:�

• This opportunity would see you working as part of a team, overseeing all Electrical, Mechanical�maintenance and installations works on office spaces primarily however also covering some more commercial properties between 2 sites in Essex


• Be a Technically minded supervisor in order to be able to provide advise and assist in more comlex M+E works.�


• Ensuring Health and Safety for all staff and contractors.�


• Assisting the PM to ensure the smooth delivery of works as well as assisting in client meetings and business meetings.�


• Ensure all contractors and staff are holding the correct tickets, have the correct PPE and ensuring all Plant and equipment is avilable.�

Requirements for the Muilti-Skilled Supervisor:�

• Prvious epxeirence in a similar role�


• Previous epxeirence working on Commercial environemtns projects�


• 18th Edition (as a minimm electrical qualificaiton)�


• Ability to demonstrate a knoweldge of M+E�maintenance and installations through experience.�


• Be Technically minded in all M+E aspects of facilities management from lighting, alarm systems, control systems and panels, generators, motors, ACU's, HVAC systems and more


• Full UK Drivers licence


• Experience working in the UK.�
