M&E Surveyor

We are currentlty working with a reputable and independant Facilities Management & Asset Management Consultancy to recruit a permanent M&E Surveyor, for works in the Healthcare sector around the West Midlands area

The successful individual�will be working as part of a team responsible for logging, tagging and creating condition reports for all mechanical and electrical assets within the buildings.

We are ideally looking for candidates who are qualified within the building services sector either mechanically or electrically, with experience of performing this type of work in a healthcare setting

Competency in the use of software equipment is desired with multiple software available for the ideal candidate.
