M&E Technical Coordinator

M&E Technical Coordinator – Client Side

I am currently on the lookout for an M&E Technical Coordinator to join a London-based, family-run developer (Client Side) with a turnover of £400 million.

They are looking for an M&E Technical Coordinator to have previous experience working for a Building Services Design Consultancy as a Mechanical Design Engineer and have experience/knowledge of LTHW Heat Networks, Ventilation Systems and BCW. This is a Technical position, so having that experience is essential.

Duties for this position will include:

• Managing M&E consultants


• Reviewing M&E designs


• Attending sites when required


• Provide technical reports and compile M&E tender documents etc


• Engage with Manufactures on M&E systems

The ideal person will have:

• 4+ years experience in building services design (Mechanical bias)


• Able to work under pressure and on multiple projects


• Able to use/have knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit


• Strong communication skills, confident in report writing and engaging in meetings

On offer is a base salary up to £60K + £4,500 car allowance, 10% bonus, healthcare, pension, 25 days holiday
