M365 Engineer / Microsoft 365 EngineerHybrid Working Policy: 3 days per week required in the office.DGH Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading global organisation who are looking for an M365 Engineer to join the team in its Birmingham office to support their strategic goal of moving key IT Services out of the Data Centre and into the Cloud.This role will have responsibility for supporting all 0365 services (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive), including the migration of email services into Exchange Online.Responsibilities:- Provide 3rd line support across the breadth of services including but not limited to; Microsoft O365 and Azure environments, , Intune (MDM), SharePoint, Teams, Exchange Online, Power Platform, Certificate management, PowerShell, Access management and authentication.- Develop and deliver a robust and effective technical platform which aligns to business strategy and IT architecture roadmap.- Ensure that the performance and availability of IT platforms fully support the needs of the business.- Collaborate with other internal IT teams to enhance overall experience of services.- Develop relationships with 3rd party providers.Required Skills / Experience:- Hands-on technical experience with Microsoft 0365 and Azure environments, Intune (MDM), SharePoint, Teams, Exchange (On Premises and Online).- Certificate management, PowerShell, Access management and authentication.- Third-line engineering background, ability to troubleshoot deep technical issues.- Good understanding of MS 0365 Products, Licensing and Azure AD- Good understanding of O365, Active Directory, Azure AD Connect and Azure ADM365 Engineer / Microsoft 365 Engineer
