You'll come from either a presales/technical account management background, or from a pure technical background and open to making a move into a more presales orientated role.

Required experience:
Broad experience of M365 & Modern Workplace technologies.
Experience in either a full technical support capacity or a prior presales/technical account management role.
An ability to showcase an outgoing personality and can-do attitude.
Confident working with customers and talking technical to both technical and non-technical people.
