Job Description Machine Learning Engineer (London Hybrid) £150K base salary + package + amazing share options + chance to make a difference and be part of something super early An AI/ML company are embarking on an ambitious project including innovative progress with large language model systems in the UK. They are seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to help develop their team and this is a great opportunity to join an innovative organisation at an early stage in the lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Design, execute, and analyse machine learning experiments Implementing scalable data pipelines whilst designing data annotation processes Implement experiments to measure the effectiveness of different preference learning techniques Debugging ML systems and different code bases Qualifications: 4+ years of experience with model training and deployment with specific focus on LLM's Familiar with methods of training and fine-tuning large language models Experience debugging ML systems Proficient in PyTorch (or an equivelent tool) Fluent English commincation skills Previous experience in a startup environment is a plus UK Citizen (no needs or reliance for a visa or sponsorship) This role would be working on a Hybrid badid from their London office, therefore the successful applicant must be happy to commute to London where required.
