Machine Operative

DC Personnel are currently working in partnership with a leading manufacturing business in Horncastle, Lincolnshire.

They are looking to add Machine Operatives to their team with full training and PPE provided.

The ideal candidate will have experience of either extrusion or injection moulding but full training would be given for candidates that have experience of operating production machinery from other industries.

You will work the continental shift pattern of 2 days, 2 nights, 4 days off

Days is 7am till 7pm and Nights is 7pm till 7am

The pay rate is �14.99 per hour, ongoing weekly

Duties of a Machine Operative:

� Working on an extrusion machine

� Running and setting machine

� Ensuring all products are made to a high quality

� Ensuring products are packed correctly

� Following all health and safety regulations

The ideal Candidate:

� Experience within a similar role

� Work well in a part of a team

� Be reliable and have good time keeping skills

� follow all health and safety guidelines and site procedures

� Quality checks during the duration of the shift

� Maintain efficiency by following production plan

� Working to specified department KPIs
