Machine Operator

Red Rock Partnership�are delighted to be working with our prestigious client in�Lutterworth who are looking for�Machine Operator�to join their busy team.

About the Business:

Our Client is�a manufacturer of cleaning products and stands for science-driven solutions for safer workplaces with premium hygiene products.

About The Role:

To lead the day to day running of the warehouse operations and ensure the safe receipt, storage, retrieve and timely despatch of product.

Start Date: Immediately

Shifts: Rotating AMs and PMs: 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm; Monday to Friday

Pay: �15.25 to �16.39 p/h

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Oversee warehouse operations to ensure standard safe working practices at all times.


• Assist in the loading and unloading of stock in and out of the warehouse


• Ensure that product is correctly picked and despatched in an organised and professional manner


• Booking in/out of goods in a timely and efficient manner including the processing of data onto the computer system


• Continual seeking of improvement opportunities within the business


• Provide support and guidance to the team, acting as a role model at all times.


• Liaise and support Production Supervisor and Managers

About you:

• Ability to multi skill in different areas of the business.


• High degree of flexibility


• Must be able to demonstrate the ability to follow instructions


• Must have eye for the detail


• Ability to complete repetitive tasks and in line with performance targets
