Machine Operator

Quick Staff UK is pleased to recruit for an established manufacturing business in the Croespenmaen area of Blackwood. On their behalf, we are seeking a small number of Machine Operatives to join their team on a potential temporary to permanent opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating machinery


• Loading components into machinery


• Inspecting and packaging of finished goods


• Manual handling with stacking pallets, wrapping and moving goods on pallet trolleys.


• Cleaning machine components


• Housekeeping in own area.


• Recording production figures at the end of each shift.

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience of machine operating in a factory environment


• Maintaining concentration required to ensure consistency and fault monitoring


• Ability to complete basic paperwork

Hours of Work:

6am - 6pm / 6pm - 6am (12hr shifts)

4 shifts on / 4 shifts off

Salary:

�11.69p/hr + �45 per week attendance bonus
