Machine Operator

The Recruitment Co are recruiting for Machine Operators for our manufacturing client based in Chorley.
Candidates must have previous experience working as a Machine Operator or a Production Operative in a Manufacturing environment.
Duties include:
Operating Machinery
Monitoring Production
Quality Control
Troubleshooting and Maintenance
Following Safety Procedures
Record Keeping
Loading and Unloading
We have 2 shift patterns available:
Rotating 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm
Fixed Night Shift 10pm-6am
The pay rate for rotating day shifts will be �12.58 per hour
There will be an additional increment for working on the fixed night shift - this will be discussed during your interview.
If you are an experienced Machine Operator you will start on the rate of �12.58, however this rate will be increased to �14.99 following a period of training.
Long term work leading to permanent for the right candidates.
