Join Our Team as an Assembler / Machine Operator in Aldershot!

Location: Aldershot
Hourly Rate: �12.21 per hour + holiday allowance or �13.82 per hour (holiday pay included)
Annual Salary: Approx. �25,400 once permanent
Contract: Full-time, Temp-to-Perm
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Friday 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM (40 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities for Assembler:

• Assemble plastic and rubber moulded parts with precision.
• Perform mechanical assembly and sub-assembly tasks.
• Complete components with bonding, fastening, and ultrasonic welding techniques.
• Prime, paint, and coat moulded parts to finish.
• Conduct RFI/EMI shielding, component identification, and cleaning.
• Perform mechanical, electrical, and NDT testing to ensure top-quality assembly.

Key Responsibilities for Machine Operator:

• Operate injection moulding, CNC, and other production machines.
• Load/unload materials and ensure proper machine operation.
• Maintain and troubleshoot machines to ensure smooth production.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience: Previous assembly or manual dexterity experience, ideally within a manufacturing or technical environment.
• Hands-On Skills: Comfortable working with hand tools and small components.
• Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure accurate assembly and operation.
• Team Player: Ability to collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
