Experienced Machine Operators (Night Shift)
Rugby
6pm - 6am - 4 on / 4 off (this pattern will include some weekends)
£17.43 + Enhanced OT
Full Time - Temp to Perm
Starting in 1 week
We are looking for 3 x machine operators for a full-time, temp-to-perm role at a busy aerospace company in Rugby.
This is a fixed night shift (training will be done on days), working 6pm - 6am on a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern (some weekends will be included in this pattern).
You will be trained to contribute to the manufacturing of aerospace products. This will include machine operating, setting, using precision measuring instruments, working towards production targets, meeting quality standards, and some manual handling.
It is NOT CNC; however, the machinery is highly advanced and used in automotive manufacturing.

To be considered: You MUST have a solid CV demonstrating commitment to an employer (not changing jobs every 6 months). You need to be fluent in written and spoken English, fully numerate, and confident in a manual role.
You also need to live within a realistic commuting distance to Rugby.
This role offers you:
£17.43 per hour + enhanced overtime + 2 x yearly performance bonuses
An average of 42 paid hours per week (calculated annually)
Weekly pay via SolviT Recruitment
