Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the team, fostering strong relationships and a supportive environment.
• Assist the Line Manager with strategic development to drive growth in the Machinery department.
• Increase sales and profitability within the department through innovation and superior customer service.
• Uphold high retail standards that reflect the values of the business.
• Handle administrative tasks promptly to ensure efficient record-keeping and organization.
• Implement streamlined processes to promote consistency and efficiency across the department.
• Stay up-to-date on relevant industry regulations and marketplace trends.
• Collaborate with the engineer to strategically promote servicing and repairs in the workshop, delivering exceptional customer care.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Machinery Supervisor to play a pivotal role in the success and growth of our client's Machinery department. The ideal candidate will be technically minded, enthusiastic, and a true team player with a background in retail and a proven commitment to outstanding customer service. While experience with machinery is beneficial, it is not essential; supervisory experience in retail is a must.
