Salary: Competitive, based on experience
Working Hours: Day Shift, typically 7:30am to 4pm (Mon - Thu), Friday 7:30am to 3pm

Salaried position with potential for overtime opportunities (subject to policy)Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineers and CNC Operators to provide essential first-line engineering support
Interpret and fulfil customer requirements with guidance from the Manufacturing Engineers
Write and modify CNC programmes to meet production needs
Provide hands-on support for New Product Introduction (NPI) initiatives
Promote and maintain a safety-first culture
Support continuous improvement activities across the organisation
Collaborate with and support wider production teamsEssential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
Relevant experience at a technical engineering/programming level
Strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
Comfortable using computer-based manufacturing systems and reportingDesirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
Experience with Fanuc Controls
Previous leadership experience at Team Leader level or above
CNC turning experience
Direct experience using HyperMill CAD/CAM
Familiarity with Fanuc, Sieme ns, and Heidenhain controlsTechnologies: CNC Milling, Fanuc Controls, HyperMill CAD/CAM, Sieme ns Controls, Heidenhain Controls
