Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Machining Tutor/Assessor at Rochdale Training. The role is to instruct, teach and assess learners who are completing machining units/apprenticeship standards. This includes both manual and CNC content.

Key Tasks
To train and assess learners in all aspects of machining including milling and turning (both manual and CNC). This will include both practical and classroom sessions.
To teach and assess specialist units in Engineering Operations (Knowledge) qualification. This includes Principles of turning and milling, Principles of CNC, safe working practices, communication skills and how to work efficiently and effectively.
To complete awarding body documentation
To encourage the learners until they are 100% confident in every task which is required
